Hi, My name is Aishwarya, Here I will give some ideas about thought processes and how the environment affects our Personality. we never talk about mental health and the reason behind this is that people might think the person is abnormal, or disabled. another thing is, in this 21st century people are not ready to accept flaws and they really want to be perfect, They're also posting on social media each and everything to show that they are thrilled. But the truth we know very well. I will share a brief theory on it.
1. Emotional distress- these thoughts often focus on worst-case scenarios or unrealistic fears, intensifying negative emotions. This can lead to increased feelings of anxiety, fear, sadness, or anger.
2. Impaired Decision -People may make impulsive choices or miss out on opportunities due to irrational fears and beliefs.3. Reduced self-esteem- Constant irrational thoughts focus on self-criticism, failure can lead to self-doubt and a negative self-image.
4. Avoidance Behaviors- Someone with a fear of public speaking or attending social events, limiting their personal and professional growth.
5. Life experiences- Personal experiences, including traumatic events, successes, failures, and relationships can shape one's personality. How individuals interpret and respond to these experiences can influence their personality traits and behavior.
